I hereby commit

to shower daily
to eat 3 meals a day
to do my taxes
to make 50 calls a week
to eat less cheese
to tell my family i love them
to drink 8 glasses of water a day

I think you will do okay with all of these, except for the blogging once a week....oh, and the cheese.
